This e-mail is to notify you that JKookServ Network Operations will be performing additional network upgrades tonight as a continuation of Saturday's network upgrades. The upgrade will be performed as follows:

Time Frame:
- 10/23 2009
- Starting @ Pacific Time 12:00 PM 10/23
- Ending @ Pacific Time 12:15 PM 10/23
- Please note: Every effort is made to accurately represent the maintenance window and time frame. However, due to factors outside our control we may need to either start maintenance late or complete the maintenance window late. Thus, the time frames specified above should be considered approximate and subject to change.

- During the above stated maintenance window, there will be a downtime for approximately 15 minutes.

Communications:

- If you would like to be notified once this maintenance window is complete, please submit a ticket and we will respond once the maintenance window is complete.
